• Self-Esteem - positive reinforcement.
• Fun - have enthusiastic coaches and parents
• Teamwork - develop teams skills, not stars
• Sports skills - measure against child's starting point

PLAYERS' GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP
• Play fair, learn and play by the rules, and be a team player
• Work hard to improve your skills and never give up
• After the game, win or lose, congratulate the other team with a handshake
• Respect your coaches, teammates, opponents and referees.
• Clap for an injured opponent when they get up to leave the game
